Public Interest Considerations
The Commission is seeking public comments on this complaint. Public interest issues such as public health and welfare, competitive conditions, and effects on U.S. consumers should be addressed.

The public should also comment on whether similar products are made in the United States. The capacity of U.S. companies to replace the imports is under consideration.
