Details of the Complaint
The complaint was filed by Sport Squad, Inc. on April 7, 2026. It claims violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. This involves some pickleball paddles being imported and sold in the U.S. The companies named in the complaint include Franklin Sports, Inc., Proton Sports, Inc., and others. Sport Squad, Inc. wants the ITC to stop these products from entering the U.S. They are asking for a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
