The U.S. Department of Commerce, through its International Trade Administration, has issued a correction notice regarding the final results of an administrative review. This review concerns the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Türkiye for the years 2024-2025.

The original notice, published in the Federal Register on September 25, 2026, contained an error in the company name of Cimtas Boru Imalatlari ve Ticaret Ltd. It was mistakenly listed as Cimtas Boru Imalatiral Ticaret Ltd.

This correction is also applicable to previous notices. The incorrect company name appeared in the Initiation Notice dated June 25, 2025, and in the Preliminary Results notice dated May 27, 2026. Both of these documents incorrectly referred to the company as Cimtas Boru Imalatiral Ticaret Ltd.

The correction notice ensures the correct company name, Cimtas Boru Imalatlari ve Ticaret Ltd., is used consistently.

Interested parties are informed that this correction adheres to the provisions of sections 751(a)(1) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930. The notice also follows the regulatory guidelines outlined in 19 CFR 351.221(b)(5).

The correction notice was signed on September 30, 2026, by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

This official update aims to maintain accuracy in the records of the Department of Commerce and ensure clear communication with stakeholders involved in international trade matters.
