U.S. Treasury Department Blocks Persons in OFAC Sanctions Action

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, also known as OFAC, has taken official action to block certain individuals. These individuals have been added to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or the SDN List.

This notice means that all property and interests in property of these individuals within U.S. jurisdiction are frozen. This also means U.S. people and companies are generally not allowed to engage in any transactions with these individuals.

The action was officially issued on September 8, 2026.
