1. Temporary Steel Fencing From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, Preliminary Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination, in Part, and Alignment of Final Determination With the Final Antidumping Determination

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of temporary steel fencing from the People’s Republic of China (China). The period of investigation is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

2. Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Administrative Review, Rescission, in Part, and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2023-2024

Sub: Commerce Department, International Trade Administration

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding, in part, the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs) from the People’s Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Further, Commerce preliminarily finds that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai) had no shipments during the POR and C&U Group Shanghai Bearing Co., Ltd. (C&U Shanghai) did not qualify for a separate rate and therefore, is considered part of the China-wide entity. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
