The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (LWRPT) from Mexico was sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024. Further, Commerce is also rescinding this review with respect to 20 of the 38 companies/ company groupings under review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

As a result of determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from the People’s Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Shanghai Yueda Nails Co., Ltd., a.k.a. Shanghai Yueda Nails Industry Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Yueda), an exporter of certain steel nails from the People’s Republic of China (China), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of June 5, 2025, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2022-2023 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on stainless steel flanges from India. This notice corrects the spelling of a company name that is part of the collapsed entity comprising one of the mandatory respondents, BFN/Viraj.
10. Utility Scale Wind Towers From Malaysia: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that CS Wind Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CS Wind), a producer/exporter of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia, received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
