Content: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") has found a violation of section 337 in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission has determined to issue: (1) a limited exclusion order ("LEO") prohibiting the unlicensed entry of infringing glass substrates for liquid crystal displays, products containing the same, and methods for manufacturing the same that are manufactured by or on behalf of, or imported by or on behalf of, the respondents and (2) a cease and desist orders ("CDO") against respondent TTE Technology, Inc., d/b/a TCL North America of Irvine, California. The investigation is terminated.

Content: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on mattresses from China and antidumping duty orders on mattresses from Cambodia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
