Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that critical circumstances exist, in part, with respect to imports of certain fatty acids (fatty acids) from Indonesia. The period of investigation is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. (Toyo Kohan) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 14 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
