In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 15 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

Further, we also determine that Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Yonghe) had no shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the POR.
10. Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, and Alignment of Final Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination

11. Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes From India: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination
