Content: In response to requests from Nucor Corporation and Steel Dynamics, Inc. (collectively, the requesters), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products (CORE) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), completed in Thailand using components produced in Korea, are circumventing the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on CORE from Korea.

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of February 18, 2026, in which Commerce announced the final clarification of the scope of the antidumping duty order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. This notice extends the deadline for importers that import fresh tomatoes for processing on or after February 18, 2026, and before April 15, 2026, to fulfill the certification requirements applicable to tomatoes entered for processing.
