Content: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on electrolytic manganese dioxide from the People’s Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.
9. Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate Products From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, in Part; 2024-2025

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Commerce preliminarily finds that the producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the POR. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to two companies. We invite interested parties to comment on the preliminary results of this review.
