Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that mattresses from Malaysia were sold at prices below than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025.
3. Ripe Olives From Spain: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating and issuing preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from the People's Republic of China (China), Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to certain aluminum can stock. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
5. Rescission of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews

Content: Based upon the timely withdrawal of all review requests, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative reviews covering the periods of review (PORs) of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders identified in the table below.
6. Difluoromethane (R-32) From the People’s Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order

Content: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on difluoromethane (R-32) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.
