3. Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Cosmo First Limited (Cosmo), the sole mandatory respondent in this administrative review, made sales of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India at less than normal value during the period of review July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Based on the application of total adverse facts available (AFA), Commerce is assigning Cosmo a weighted-average dumping margin of 24.14 percent.
