5. Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Türkiye: Preliminary Results and Rescission, In Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 12 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

7. Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From Indonesia: Amended Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending its preliminary affirmative determination in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from Indonesia to reflect Commerce’s determination that it is necessary to rely on facts otherwise available including adverse inferences (AFA) in reaching its preliminary determination. The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
