1. Sodium Nitrite From India: Preliminary Results and Notice of Intent To Rescind, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on sodium nitrite from India. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Commerce preliminarily determines that Deepak Nitrite Limited (DNL) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

2. Wood Mouldings and Millwork Products From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

4. Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

(HSP) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. Commerce preliminarily determines that Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than NV during the POR. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 14 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

5. Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) by Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company/FIMEX VN/Sao Ta Seafood Factory/Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company (collectively, Fimex Group) and Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company (STAPIMEX) were made at prices below normal value (NV) and that 29 exporters are eligible for separate rates. Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to certain exporters that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
