1. Certain Chassis and Subassemblies Thereof From the People’s Republic of China: Final Determination of Covered Merchandise Inquiry

Content: In response to a covered merchandise referral by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain merchandise subject to the inquiry imported into in the United States is covered under the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain chassis and subassemblies thereof (chassis) from the People's Republic of China (China).
2. Oil Country Tubular Goods From the People’s Republic of China: Final Determination of Covered Merchandise Inquiry

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that seamless oil country tubular goods (OCTG) produced by Boly Pipe Co., Ltd. (Boly Pipe) in Thailand using steel billets from the People's Republic of China (China) and exported to its customers, Commercial Steel Products LLC (CSP) and JOL Tubular, Inc. (JOL Tubular), in the United States are subject to the scope of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on OCTG from China.
3. Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025
Sub: Commerce Department, International Trade Administration
Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain companies subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 28 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
