Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod (steel wire rod) from Ukraine, covering the period of review (POR) March 1, 2024, though February 28, 2025.

2. Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the People's Republic of China (China) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. We are also rescinding this administrative review for 16 companies because either all requests for review were withdrawn or these companies had no reviewable entries during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

3. Monosodium Glutamate From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Ajinoriki MSG (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Ajinoriki), the sole company subject to the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on monosodium glutamate (MSG) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024, is not eligible to receive a separate rate and is, therefore, considered part of the China-wide entity. Furthermore, Commerce finds that, because no party requested a review of the China-wide entity for the POR, the China-wide entity is not under review, and the China-wide entity's rate (i.e., 40.41 percent) is not subject to change.

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Bien Dong Seafood Co., Ltd. (Bien Dong) and NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company (NTSF), made sales of certain frozen fish fillets (fish fillets) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce determines that four companies are eligible for a separate rate. Finally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to 16 companies and preliminarily rescinding this review with respect to 24 companies and the Vietnam-wide entity. Commerce invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results of this review.
