Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to certain producers and/or exporters of finished carbon steel flanges (steel flanges) from India. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

3. Circular Welded Carbon Quality Steel Pipe From the People’s Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of circular welded carbon quality steel pipe (CWP) completed in the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) using hot-rolled steel (HRS) produced in the People's Republic of China (China) are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on CWP from China.
