1. Lightweight Thermal Paper From the People’s Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders

Content: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on lightweight thermal paper from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
2. Overhead Door Counterbalance Torsion Springs From the People’s Republic of China: Antidumping Duty Order and Countervailing Duty Order

Content: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on overhead door counterbalance torsion springs (overhead door springs) from the People's Republic of China.
3. Utility Scale Wind Towers From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to certain companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
4. Organic Soybean Meal From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Tejawat Organic Foods, the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, made sales of organic soybean meal (soybean meal) from India in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review. The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
