1. Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes From Japan: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that lattice boom crawler cranes (cranes) from Japan are being, or likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
2. Welded Large Diameter Line Pipe From Japan: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order

Content: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on welded large diameter line pipe (welded line pipe) from Japan would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.
