1. Temporary Steel Fencing From the People’s Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, in Part, Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures; Correction

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of August 19, 2025, in which Commerce announced the preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of temporary steel fencing from the People's Republic of China (China). This notice corrects the inadvertent statement that critical circumstances exist for the separate rate companies and corrects the names of producers of certain separate rate companies.

2. Certain Quartz Surface Products From the Republic of Türkiye: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order

Content: As a result of the expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain quartz surface products (quartz surface products) from the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

3. Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks From Italy: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2023; Correction

Content: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register on August 22, 2025, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2023 administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy. This notice corrects the name of a company subject to the non- selected company subsidy rate, Forge Monchieri S.p.A., which was listed incorrectly as Officine Meccaniche Roselli S.r.l.

4. Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews

Content: In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) and suspended investigation(s) listed below. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is publishing concurrently with this notice its notice of Institution of Five-Year Reviews which covers the same order(s) and suspended investigation(s).
