1. Chlorinated Isocyanurates From China; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Review

Content: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
2. Active Anode Material From China; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty Investigations

Content: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-752 and 731-TA-1730 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of active anode material from China, provided for in subheadings 2504.10.10, 2504.10.50, 3801.10.50, and 3801.90.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce ("Commerce") to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.
3. Float Glass Products From China and Malaysia; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty Investigations

Content: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-748-749 and 731-TA-1726-1727 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of float glass products from China and Malaysia, provided for in subheadings 7005.10.80, 7005.21.10, 7005.21.20, 7005.29.18, 7005.29.25, 7006.00.40, 7007.19.00, 7007.29.00, 7008.00.00, 7009.91.50, and 7009.92.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce ("Commerce") to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.
