Fan Zhang Joins "Future Diplomats" Initiative as Think Tank Expert to Empower the Next Generation
In a move that further strengthens the bridge between law, international education, and youth development, Lawyer Fan Zhang, Deputy Director of the Business Development Committee at JINGSH Chengdu, has officially joined the Expert Think Tank of the “Future Diplomats” Public Welfare Program.
The “Future Diplomats” initiative, co-led by the Chengdu Translators Association and YuYanJia Translation, is a major national project supported by hundreds of universities, foreign consulates, diplomatic agencies, multinational enterprises, and government bodies. Its mission is to help Chinese youth enrich their global cultural knowledge, develop international perspectives, and cultivate future talent for diplomacy and global cooperation.
Lawyer Fan Zhang brings a powerful combination of professional qualifications and real-world experience to the program.

- ACCA Advanced Commercial Accountant;
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb);
- Certified RCEP Instructorby CCPIT and CCOIC;
- Senior Corporate Legal Advisorand Senior Construction Law Specialist.
With dual degrees in Law and Finance, nearly a decade of hands-on experience in enterprise operations, investment, and international legal services, Fan Zhang is uniquely positioned to guide youth in understanding global legal frameworks, international trade practices, and cross-border commercial negotiations.
At JINGSH Chengdu, she leads cooperation with international partners across Australia, Turkey, Africa, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, India, France, and South Korea, providing comprehensive legal support to companies pursuing outbound strategies.
Throughout her career, Fan Zhang has achieved outstanding academic and professional recognition, including:
- Three published research papers (two indexed by EI, one by SCI);
- Outstanding Delegate Awardat the AIMUN (Asia International Model United Nations);
- Second Prizein the American MCM/ICM Mathematical Contest in Modeling;
- Multiple national academic scholarships and top honors in mathematical modeling competitions.
In her role with the “Future Diplomats” program, Lawyer Zhang will focus on:
- Helping students explore international legal systems and business practices;
- Enhancing legal literacy and global awareness among youth;
- Offering legal advisory support to young students preparing for overseas education;
