Admission to the California Bar is a rigorous and highly selective process that requires mastery of both U.S. federal and state law, as well as a strong commitment to professional ethics.
Fan Zhang is already a licensed attorney in China and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). With her California qualification, she now holds dual licenses in both civil law and common law jurisdictions, uniquely positioning her to advise on cross-border legal matters, U.S.-China dispute resolution, and global regulatory compliance.
