Lawyer Fan Zhang Appointed to DIAC’s List of Arbitrators
We are delighted to announce that Lawyer Fan Zhang has been officially appointed to the List of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is the largest alternative dispute resolution institution in the Middle East. As a leading non-profit organization, DIAC provides a trusted forum for parties from all nationalities and jurisdictions to resolve commercial disputes efficiently and independently, outside of the traditional court system. DIAC maintains a distinguished panel of arbitrators with diverse legal and cultural backgrounds.
Fan Zhang’s appointment takes immediate effect, for an initial term of two years. Her selection reflects her solid expertise in international commercial arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, and comparative legal systems. She is admitted to practice law in both China and California, USA, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
This appointment further underscores her ongoing commitment to providing effective, fair, and internationally-minded dispute resolution services in today’s increasingly global legal landscape.
