Content: The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice (DOJ), will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on September 1, 2026, 91 FR 56212, allowing a 60-day comment period.
2. Technical Amendment to the Regulation Regarding Amendments to Applications
Sub: Justice Department, Drug Enforcement Administration
Content: This final rule updates a Drug Enforcement Administration regulation to clarify that the provision regarding amendments to and withdrawal of registration applications also applies to applications for registration renewal. This action makes no substantive changes to this regulation.
