Fan Zhang Named to Sichuan’s Foreign-Related Legal Talent Reserve, Strengthening International Legal Expertise

The Sichuan Provincial Lawyers Association has recently announced the expansion of its Foreign-Related Legal Talent Reserve, an initiative designed to build a strong and internationally competitive legal service network for the province.
Following the latest selection, the reserve now includes 152 outstanding lawyers, with Lawyer Fan Zhang of JINGSH Chengdu among the distinguished new members.
This strategic expansion aims to:
- Foster a new generation of highly skilled foreign-related legal professionals;
- Enhance legal support for Sichuan’s international trade, investment, and cooperation initiatives;
- Strengthen Sichuan’s contribution to China’s global legal presence under frameworks such as the Belt and Road Initiative.
Lawyer Fan Zhang, currently serving as Director of Foreign Legal Affairs at JINGSH Chengdu, brings extensive experience in:
- Cross-border commercial disputes;
- International investment structuring;
- Global trade compliance and risk management.
She has actively built international legal collaborations across Australia, Turkey, Africa, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, India, France, and South Korea, supporting enterprises seeking to expand into global markets.
Through her selection, Fan Zhang reaffirms her role as a key contributor to Sichuan’s international legal capacity-building efforts.
Her ongoing work focuses on:
- Enhancing cross-border transaction safety;
- Advising companies on foreign regulatory frameworks;
- Strengthening dispute resolution mechanisms abroad.
