Fan Zhang was invited to attend the third Directors’ Office Meeting of 2026 of the High-Tech Zone Lawyers Working Committee, Chengdu Lawyers Association, held on the afternoon of October 15, 2026 at the Chengdu High-Tech Zone Foreign-Related Public Legal Services Center. She attended in her capacity as a member of the association’s Foreign-Related Legal Services Committee. The agenda ran from a third-quarter review to the release of the Development Plan for Young Lawyers in Chengdu High-Tech Zone (2026–2028), and covered the zone’s foreign-related legal services volunteer team and cooperation with counterpart committees in Chongqing.
