The final rule responding to those comments was published at Application for Relief from Disabilities Imposed by Federal Laws with Respect to the Acquisition, Receipt, Transfer, Shipment, Transportation, or Possession of Firearms in the Federal Register at 91 FR 54054, August 20, 2026.
